How do I contact Get Yourself Noticed?
There are several ways you can Contact Us.
Do the prices include our logo on the product?
Yes, site prices include a one-colour print, in one position. Some products are
suitable for engraving or embroidery rather than printing. Using more colours
and print positions increases the unit cost. For example, if you order a T-shirt
with a 4-colour print on the front, back and on one arm, it will cost more per
unit than a one-colour print in one position. We advise on the best print options
for your budget and promotional objectives.
Do the prices include an origination charge?
No, the unit prices do not include origination - however, the origination charge
for each product is clearly displayed and included in the total price in the quotation
cart.
Origination is the costs involved in printing your logo onto your chosen products.
That means the creation of a printing plate, laser engraving tool or embroidery
jacquard.
Can I have more than one colour?
Yes, if you would like your product printed more than one colour, please Contact
Us and our helpful sales department will be happy to advise you. We also have
many items suitable for full colour printing.
Do you print more than one position?
Yes, there are products available where printing in more than one position is
possible for example, pens, bags, folders etc. To find out more please Contact

Can I purchase goods plain?
A discount on site prices is available on items sold without print. As the discount
varies according to each item, please Contact Us and
out helpful sales department to get a quote.
How do I supply the artwork?
Simply e-mail us your logo (EPS files achieve best results), and any text and
contact numbers, websites etc that you would like to have printed on your product
- we'll do the rest, and will send you an artwork visual to approve before production
commences.
Will I receive a fax/email proof?
Yes, once our graphics department has set your design we will send you a PDF/fax
proof for you to check the layout. Once you are happy with the design simply sign
and return the artwork to us - we can then process your personalised order.
How much is carriage?
Carriage is charged at cost from manufacturer. This is standard practice in the
promotional industry. If you would like the carriage cost for any of the products
shown on this site, please Contact Us, our sales department
would be happy to help.
How do I pay for my products?
We accept payment by cheque, BACS transfer or credit card. Please contact
us if you would like to pay by credit card.
How quickly will I receive my items after I order them?
Our standard lead-time is 14 to 21 days from artwork approval subject to availability.
If you require by a specific date, please Contact Us
and our helpful sales department will be happy to advise you on any lead times
for our products. Alternatively if you require a quick turnaround please click
on Express Items where you will find a number of our
quality products available at short lead times.
What time will my goods arrive?
Our couriers will deliver your goods between 9am and 5pm to your specified delivery
address. Guaranteed pre-10 am delivery is available at an additional cost. We
will notify you in advance of the delivery date.
Can I get samples of any of your products?
Get Yourself Noticed are more than happy to send out samples. Please click on
